TO ENROLL YOUR CHILD IN ONE OF OUR EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTERS

You must…
Be the child’s parent or guardian AND a New Brunswick Resident
Have a child who is 3 or 4 years old on or before October 15 of enrollment year

Visit the New Brunswick Public School’s Office of Early Childhood Education website and follow the enrollment instructions

1. Pupil Registration Form: In Print or Electronically
2. Home Language Survey: In Print or Electronically

Note: In the Pupil Registration Form, specify the PRAB Early Childhood Center(s) in which you want to enroll your child

Provide the following additional documents:

1. Child’s ORIGINAL Birth Certificate
2. Child’s Immunization Record
3. Two (2) Proofs of your Current Address (With residency verification)
   1. If you own your home, you must provide a tax bill G 1 utility bill
   2. If you rent, you must provide a lease and one utility bill

If your preschool child is developing or learning differently, you may request an evaluation for preschool special education and related services at (732) 745-5300 ext. 3500 (Pupil Personnel Services)
Enroll as soon as possible, as placements are done on a first come, first serve basis, based on complete registrations. Incomplete registrations delay placements
