As you know, the new HEA season began on October 1, 2022. Please continue to submit your applications and ALL other required documents via mail, email, fax or in-person. You can find the specific information on the flyer above and at the end of this article.
Recently, DCA mailed a notice of recertifications for Middlesex County residents. However, the notice included the address of PRAB’s former headquarters as the return address for mailing us your applications and required documents.

If you are in danger of your services being disconnected or you have a balance, you may still apply for the American Rescue Plan (ARP) at dcaid.dca.nj.gov or (609) 984-6670 (new number).
